We guarantee that our Framed prints products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 25 years from the date of production. If a framed print proves defective during this period, we will, at our option, either repair the defective map without charge for parts and labour, or provide a replacement in exchange for the defective product. If we are not able repair or replace the product, from current stock at the time of claim, using materials identical to those originally used on the defective product, we will provide the closest possible replacement from our current product range, as at the time of claim under this guarantee.

This guarantee applies to products purchased, delivered to, and used within the United Kingdom only.

This guarantee applies to products purchased direct from us and not via any third-party, eg. where you have purchased a map print only and had a third-party frame the map for you.

We may at our discretion require proof of purchase in order to provide service under the terms of this guarantee.

This guarantee shall not apply to any defect, failure or damage caused by improper use or improper or inadequate maintenance and care or through normal wear and tear. We shall not be obligated to furnish service under this guarantee to repair damage resulting from or connection to commercial or professional use.

This guarantee is given with respect to the product in lieu of any other guarantees or warranties, express or implied. We hereby disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Our responsibility to repair or replace defective products is the sole and exclusive remedy provided by this guarantee. We will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages however they may arise or be caused.

Conditions relating to the sale of products to you

Our contract

When you place an order to purchase a product from the Website, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we’ve dispatched that product to you (the “Dispatch Confirmation E-mail”). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.

Safe & Secure

We use bank-strength, industry-standard security.

No Maps to Treasure customers have ever reported fraudulent use of a credit or debit card as a result of purchases made online with us.

When the padlock appears in your address bar, you know you can trust that the information you transmit to us is safe and secure.

We do not store your credit card information. When you enter your credit card details, your transaction is authorised and we immediately destroy the information. There is no risk of it being stolen from our systems, since we do not keep it in our possession.

We use secure-server software which encrypts all your personal information including credit or debit card number and name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, most banks and card issuers either cover all the charges or may limit your liability to just £50.00. In the unlikely event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, you should notify your card issuer immediately in accordance with its terms and conditions.
